Up to 10 videos (each containing three repetitions) must be uploaded 24 hours before the scheduled time along with a note sheet asking any questions and supplying any relevant information for the programming update. This can be booked for anytime on my schedule, regardless of your time zone since there will be no virtual meeting between us
