Private Lessons


What to expect

Handstands are structures and the building blocks are our muscles, bones, and joints. We are each built differently with unique movement backgrounds.


I look at your individual biomechanics and function to build and shape a handstand position that is strong, comfortable, and stable. I focus on function first, then we will progressively develop the muscle control and motor pathways to shape a beautiful inversion. As the basics solidify, we will begin shaping drills for positions, transitions, and all the fun parts of a handstand practice. 

Rebooking and Cancelations 

As a full time performing artist and mommy, my time is limited. Due to my busy schedule and how seriously I take providing the best learning experience for my clients, I can only accept a limited number of private students each month. I keep my availability updated and I ask that students are conscious of start and end times. If life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to provide at least 24 hours notice.
