Solo Handstand Private

Service Description

This is a 60 minute private virtual session. The first portion we will go over your goals, both long-term and short-term, and then we will evaluate the structural integrity of your handstand and supplement with shaping drills and exercises. Then once we have the structure adjusted, we can move forward on your specific goals
